i am also kind of obsessed with politics but i have been trying to avoid talking to people about the personalities in politics and more about what people's personal philosophies are. It helps get past the smoking gun issues and straight to what people believe.
Jeremy, if you watch those Saddleback videos on youtube of the thing they had with Obama and McCain, you will see very clear what McCain's philosophies are and come away wondering just what the heck Obama said.
